Legal information Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC is a company who cares for well-being of our customers, staff, and everyone involved with the entity. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any of our sales, simply due to the fact that everything we sell is personalized. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is limited in the following ways: Once our sales staff shows you the final proof and has you sign a contractual agreeement, the only way we will re-order the product is if there is a mistake on our end. We will accept artwork and designs from outisde sources, but if the product does not print out exactly as you wanted it to, theree is nothing Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC can do about this, unfortunately, although we will make an attempt to have our suppliers take a look at the problem and most of the time, they end up fixing (re-printing) after matching with the PMS system at no additional charge to the customer. Should the customer submit artwork that does not meet our specifications listed, unfortunately they are stuck with what they ordered. Anything an employee or contractor representing Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC designs will be within the specifications for the printer and the product will look identical to the proof that the customer signed on, therefore forfeiting any chances of our suppliers re-prining the product. If there is a mistake on the card that was made by one of our staff members, we will gladly fix the mistake on the proof and priority ship the new cards to the customer, courtesy of AMS, LLC. Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC is in no way affiliated with any other organization as far as the design or printing of any of our products and are wholly responsible for the final product. Once a contractual agreement has been signed between the customer and represenative of Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC there is no chance of a refund or re-print unless the unlikely event of the printers making an error, which we will take responsibility for and take care of immediately. All orders are processed with priority printing and ground shipping, unless otherwise specified by the customer. We reserve the right to design a card for a potential customer and in some cases allow the designs to be sold to the customer to be printed elsewhere, or to not allow the customer any copies of the design and apply for a copyright on the card so that it may not be used for any purposes other than those of Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC. We reserve the right to destroy any designs, except for those brought to us by the customer. In those cases, we reserve the right to deny doing business with this person, entity, or business by judgement of the owner of Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC Service guarantee or policy We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, meaning that if the product is not exactly as it was shown to you in the proof, you will be eligible for a full refund at the owner's discretion. We shall pick a 5 person non-biased panel to review the proofs and the products and make a decision on whether or not the refund should be given. This will only take place at the customer's discretion and refusal of payment in any form or chargebacks will be pursued by all civil means, and at the owner's discretion, may be forwarded to a collections company or reposession firm, at which time the customer will be notified via certified mail and given 10 business days to make payment in full before the agency is to take action. This is not a practice we enjoy employing, but we are not in business to take losses and once that agreement is signed, the product must be paid for before the order is placed, and in the event that the customer does not receive their cards within 15 working days of making payment in full, we will contact the supplier and a full refund will be issued, or the matter will be taken up with the supplier, at which time we will fight on the customers behalf and get our attorneys involved, if necessary. Privacy policy Your information is always safe with us and will never be sold to a third party, given to law enforcement without proper subpeona, or released for any reason without the customer's consent. In some cases, we do try to get two similar companies to merge on the front and back of a postcard in order for them to get more cards out at a lower price, but consent forms will be given to both parties prior to this taking place and the identities of both customers will remain anonymous until consent forms are signed by both parties, at which time a meeting between Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC and both parties will be held to go over the quantities, design, etc. Other than that, your information is 100% safe with us. In some cases, your business cards may be shown in a catalog of work we've done in the past, but no information will be allowed by anyone in sales to be released to the potential customer. Legal documents We are currently licensed to do business nationwide, but currently are licensed in Jefferson County, Alabama and the State of Alabama also, which is where we do a majority of our business. We are also registered members of the City of Hoover Chamber of Commerce and liccensed to do business in Hoover, Alabama. Our licenses permit us to allow internet sales across the USA, but not internationally. We do not intend to do business with anyone outisde of the USA and NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. There is to much fraud abroad for us to be able to handle international transactions, besides the fact that we are not familiar with any currency but the USD (United States Dollar). Please take exception to this rule an ddo not place orders with us with the intentions of fooling us into shipping internationally, because in these cases, the merchandise will be destroyed, the money NOT refunded, and any shipping costs that have already been paid will be immediately refunded and you will be reported to the Federal Bereau of Investigation, at which time you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for misleading us, our merchant services, and our printing press. This behavior will not be tolerated and WILL BE reported to the proper authorities immediately. |
