Q: Why Should I choose Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC over any otther print company out there? A: Because we value our customers, and Customer Service is our #1 Priority. We are also offering many services that that smaller and larger print shops are not offering, such as Computer Building, Repair, Networking, and many other products/services, which they offer at a very high price with no incentives for their customers, and they also don't contribute to the local economy, nor do they help out any charities, such as United Way, American Red Cross, and we also offer our services to these NFP's and NPO's at our cost, instead of trying to make money off of an organization that works strictly off of donatiions. We also make sure that our customers remain satisfied, whether they buy 1 box of Business Cards, or 60 Cases of Brochures.. Every Customer counts to us and as stated in the Home Page, we want to grow with our customers, where most firms, brokers, etc. want to do business with you and then it's "until next time."
Q: Do you only do work Business to Business, or will you print for an individual also? A: No, we service any customer from one Individual who is thinking of starting their own company all the way up to Fortune 500 Corporations. Like all businesses, we do get overloaded sometimes and we either have to hire additional staff, or unfortunately delay our response time in getting back to our new inquiries, but even if we are that busy, we don't lead folks on.. We will tell you it will be approximately 2 weeks before we can schedule you for a consult, or when it's possible, I will break one of our salesmen/graphic designers away to meet with our prospective client to see what it is they are looking to do, and if it is make a box of Business Cards, we'll go ahead and knock that out for them, but if they want 6,000 brochures and 1,000 Business Cards for each employee and have 32 employees, I'm on the hunt for new staff immediately and I try to keep good people on standby who want to work for us, but I'm unable to presently put them on the payroll at the time they apply, I will get back to them when there is an opening and I keep my word, which is the main reason I have good people working for me and my customers usually stick with me.
Q: You mentioned packages on the Home page.. Can you elaborate?? A: Yes, and that is a great question. I would tell you to contact our sales team at
sales@advancedmarketingsolutions.org and they can either meet with you, or give you those prices over the phone, but we run specials for new businesses, discounts for our current clientelle, and startup packages for our businesses who are just starting out. Many of them don't know how to incorporate or become LLC, but we offer packages to do this paperwork and submit it for you and create you a strategy for getting new sales leads, dependent upon the industry you're in, and do our very best to get you up and running so that you'll use us in the future, and refer us to anyone else you know who is considering self-employment, but is afraid to make that first move towards being successful and answering to themselves, as well as working their own hours (in some cases)
Q: Are You Basically One of those Late-Night Television "Make Millions Tomorrow" who is posing as a marketing company? A: Absolutely not. We'll be glad to take on clients or anyone who is interested in our products/services and I, nor anyone representing Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC will ever try to sell you "millionaire kits." We do offer marketing consulting as one of our services, but that is only to make suggestions for lead generation in the 21st Century, since so many folks are turning to the internet these days, which isn't such a bad thing, but we've done our research and analysis of today's economy; what markets are soaring, which are falling on their faces, and
Q: Does Advanced Marketing Solutions, LLC offer Financing? A: Not at this point for individuals, unless they're DBA with a combined credit score of over 700 and they generate at least $7000/mo. on a regular basis. We do offer 30 and 90 day accounts (subject to credit approval) but they're more suited for our corporate customers and high volume buyers. We are working with a financing company now, especially for start-up businesses, but as of 3/17 they are still trying to quote me 22.9% and that isn't much help to someone w/ little capital who is trying to do everything there is to do in order to start up a new biz, so check back with us, or contact financing@advancedmarketingsolutions.org and let us know about what you are wanting to do and we'll see if we can' come up with something for you. I have several investors at this point, but they don't seem to think small business financing is any way to securely generate a revenue. That being said, if one came to me with a degree in business, and some collateral, this may be a different story, but I refer most of my customers to WaMu.com, Bank of America, or Regions Bank to seek financing and we can set you up with the documentation here, as well as a small business rep who is easy to work with, but as far as AMS directly offering financing, unfortunately it is currently not available, but is a strong possibility for the future.
Q: How Long Does it Typically take to start seeing results from DirectMail campaigns, and what is the return on them?? A: It differs from industry to industry, but sometimes as little as 3 days and sometimes we've seen callers call 3 mos. after a single campaign, but as far as the return goes, I can't honestly answer that or even give you a roundabout, because it depends on whether or not your bulk mailing, what types of lists you used, whether you went with business & residential, and who your target is. We have had a lot of luck doing letter mailouts for attorneys when defendants are arrested and have to appear in court, because many folks don't know where to look for an attorney, so when you send them a personalized letter, they think that the attorney may know them somehow and may know of a way to get them out of a criminal case. I've done mailouts using the AlaCourt system and found that we got around a 9% return on his DirectMail, but that is huge and not to be expected in every case. It really depends on how much of our advice the client is willing to take. Many of them find the listing services on the net who are much cheaper than ours, but the problem with that is that they either have to purchase a postage meter, and get a permit from the USPS, or pay us to sit there and meter stamp 4,000 postcards, letters, etc. and it can get expensive. When you use our system, they do most of the work for you. They sound expensive at first, but when you put a calculator to it, all of the work involved adds up quickly, so we try to keep costs low as possible, so that the client can reach that many more people, especially those clients who choose to do business with residential customers also.
There are many different ways to market your business. The secret to success in marketing is to put yourself in the customers shoes. I think to myself, such as telemarketing, when I'm about to sit down and have dinner and a telemarketer calls... It disrupts me and upsets me a little bit, therefore I don't believe in telemarketing. From all of our research and experience in the field, my best suggestions for getting your name out there are personalized letters sent directly to your target clientelle, or postcards with a sharp design on them, that include a coupon. You would be surprised at the return rate on just sending a postcard and sending postcards with a discount code, or a coupon on them, plus it lets you know how they found out about you and whether or not your marketing budget is really paying off for you or not?? I also believe that investing in good looking artwork and a design that sticks in someone's head is the best thing you can do for your business, not to mention outside sales, but outside sales is a very tricky technique to incorporate into your marketing plan, because there are many discouraged salesmen and women out there who won't do you any good, but to counter them, there are college graduates who want to make a career out of marketing and are eager to get out there and sell whatever they have to and incorporating the use of modern technology with eager people will get you results. We do offer staffing services for outside salesmen/women and they are either people who have been selling for a living and can convince you to purchase anything, and then there are the eager graduates and interns looking for a chance to make it and that is what our stafffing consists of. We charge a flat rate for finding them and if they don't meet the expectations the 3 of us agree on, then you will receive a full refund of your money minus what the employee was paid. I have a whole course which goes over how to read their body language during their initial interview, and many other determining factors and if anyone can vouch for whether or not it makes a difference, I will be the first to tell you that it does and always will.
